You will be working part of a small team, reporting directly to the IT Director. You will also be assisting the systems administrator by providing desktop support and solving hardware & software issues.
It is essential to be proficient in Microsoft Office 2010 to the latest version. You must also have a strong knowledge of AD, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP & VMWare/Hypervisors. You will also be expected to know how to fix & troubleshoot common hardware/software issues. Having attention to detail, being proactive & having excellent problem-solving skills are key to also be successful in securing this position. Ideally, you will also have a knowledge of EDI systems, but it is not essential.
You will receive a competitive salary of between £25,000 to £30,000 per annum plus some excellent company benefits such as holiday, life Insurance and much more incentives.
