Job Description

Our National client holds one of their IT specialist sites based on the outskirts of Cranleigh and are currently seeking a Warehouse Operative with IT knowledge to provide support within the Production Team.

This is a temporary position to start immediately, working on an ongoing basis - potentially even permanent for the right candidate.

We require someone who has basic IT skills (hardware knowledge is desirable), to support part of the production process within a warehouse environment.

Main duties include;
* Change HDDs, RAMs, Optical Drives
* BIOS settings, change boot order
* Small repairs on laptops change keyboard palm rest
* Use of Blancco 6.9 software for data erasure
* Some of the work is quite fiddly!

No qualifications needed however, we do require a forward thinking and self-motivated member who can be shown very basic laptop repairs etc, with aptitude for technical learning. This would be ideal for someone who has a keen interest in computes/laptops, hardware repairs etc.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30pm with 30 minutes for lunch.

*Please note that due to this location, you must drive and have access to your own transport to be able to commute daily
