IT Technician - Shropshire - £22,000 - £28,000 pa

A fantastic opportunity to join a growing business situated in rural Shropshire as an IT Technician. My client is an expert in their field and they develop, produce and sell specialist products on an international basis.

You will be working a 37.5 hour week Mon - Fri.

The role:

You will be supporting the IT manager to ensure the smooth efficient running of the IT department. You will be installing laptops, printers and scanners. You will be providing 1st line support regarding software issues on-site and remotely. You will be setting up new user accounts and much more.

You will need:

Previous experience in a 1st line IT support role.

A sound working knowledge of Windows 2008 and above

Ability to prioritise you workload to ensure SLA are met

Have a flexible approach to your work.

Knowledge of WINS, TCP & IP

Due to the location of the site you will need your own transport
