Reporting into: Head of Sales & Commercial
To actively target and deliver new key account business wins in line with the company's margin expectations.
" Produce a business plan for new customer portfolio in line with your own set targets
" Provide regular reports as required by the Senior Management Team
" Identify, Target and Win New Key Business with a value of £100K plus
" Provide quotes for customers to achieve agreed financial targets (Sales and Margin)
" Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
" Account manage your business and pipeline involving all relevant areas of the business to ensure targets are achieved and commercial risk is minimised
" Liaise with marketing to develop joint approaches to prospect customers
" Grow existing customers sales and profit by constantly seeking opportunities to extend volume, range and service offerings
" Understand the Company Services and value proposition and tailor it to add value to customers where required
" Maintain existing business through effective customer contact including regular visits
Required Skills & Attributes
Self-starter, strategic thinker, commercially astute, agile IT sales professional with good product knowledge and understanding of the latest ITC technologies, applications and services
An overall awareness of businesses IT needs and requirements and the requisite aptitude and skills to deliver business outcomes
Proven track record in sales and business development, with strong customer relationship skills and experience
Knowledge and understanding of Digital Transformation, Cloud, Modern Workplace, Infrastructure, Professional Services, Managed Support & the Microsoft stack
