MUST SPEAK JAPANESE - TEMP POSITION FOR 6 MONTHS WITH A CHANCE TO GO PERM

This company also provides administrative services for these subsidiary companies and other affiliated companies and the representative offices in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary Profile:

  • To support business administration at EUJJZ, LDNJA and LDNJB;
  • To provide PA support to Senior Vice President (SVP) / Division Operating Officer (DOO) at EUJJZ.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial / Administration Support at EUJJZ, LDNJA and LDNJB

Under the supervision of DOO, GM, DGMs;

  • Prepare accounting processes including bookings, accrual / deferral management, internal
  • Loan arrangement, bank transfer order / receipt, code registration to SAP and etc.
  • Support financial / general research by using databases
  • Support timely submission of internal reports as appropriate on BA role
  • Administration and operation
  • Provide secretarial assistance to overseas visitors
  • Arrange business trips, hotel bookings and entertainments according to circumstances
  • Arrange appointments and book meeting rooms according to circumstances
  • Conduct all other administrative tasks

PA support to SVP/DOO at EUJJZ

  • Support the DOO e.g., schedule meetings, conference calls and manage the calendar
  • Conduct general administration including faxing, typing, photocopying and filing as required
  • Arrange business trips, hotel bookings and entertainments
  • Manage and process expense claims and payments
  • Administration for the affiliated companies
  • Support work for the preparation of internal reports such as financial and project reports
  • Conduct other administrative tasks requested for EUJJZ

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Skills / Knowledge

 

  • Good (verbal, listening and written) communication skills both in English and Japanese
  • Basic financial knowledge
  • Basic numerical and analytical skills
  • IT skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Experience:

  • Previous experience working in finance sector, trading company or equivalent sector is beneficial
  • Secretarial experience, including comprehensive experience working for someone at board or senior management level as a personal / Executive Secretary, managing personal as well as business related issues (preferred but not mandatory)

Education:

  • Candidates should be educated to degree level or equivalent
