We are currently supporting a thriving Communications Agency based in Guildford, seeking a Junior Account Director or Account Director to join them on a full time permanent basis. This agency are experts in their field and have worked with some well known brands across the years.

What we are looking for...
A candidate ideally educated to Degree level, with 5+ years expertise in B2B PR. You'll have a strong network of national and business media contacts, and be confident in client pitch delivery. You should also have some kind of supervisory or basic people management skills.

What you'll be doing...
You will work closely with the Client Services Director to develop client strategy and plans, ultimately leading to the expansion of each account. You will also be involved in the development of financial budgets for each client on an annual basis including an initial draft developed in line with each client's financial year end.

You will be heavily involved in client management and be responsible for building strong, long lasting relationships with each of your clients including developing a long term strategy and identify new areas for growth You will oversee the team as they develop PR proposals and plans to support each client's sales and marketing objectives. You will also attend regular client meetings, and client events such as trade shows, product launches etc.

Your people management responsibilities will include...
Meeting with your Account team weekly to progress client activity, manage responsibilities and set targets. You will help and drive your team to build and maintain relationships through regular contact. You will work to develop the skill set of your team by mentoring, nurturing, educating and encouraging them to ensure personal development of each team member.

What will your package look like...
- A starting salary of up to £38,000 (+ if at Account Director level)
