I'm recruiting a Junior Account Manager for a well-established company.

This is a great opportunity to join a company that is growing daily and are dedicated to looking after clients and contractors. The role is to provide support to the Business Development, Account Managers, customer service to existing clients and adhoc office duties. This role is mainly telephone work so you must have a good telephone manner.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Managing the registration of employees for new/existing clients
• Liaise with clients regarding appropriate paperwork
• Visiting existing clients on a regular basis to offer training and advice
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• Excellent communication skills
• A commitment towards delivering and maintaining a high level of service to Clients
• Great telephone manner
• Excellent customer service

Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:30 - 18:00
