Brook Street Recruitment is working with our client in Larne to recruit an entry level office administrator
They are looking for enthusiastic, well organised office administrator with excellent communication and administration skills.
Answering phone calls and directing them to the correct person / department
Ensure excellent customer service to all customers on the phone
Replying to customers on email
Perform data entry task using various software programs.
Provide general administrative support to the wider team.
Good communication skills - verbal and written
Have a flexible approach and be able to work effectively in a team.
PC literate and be able to use Microsoft and email
Role will be working Monday to Friday 8.45 to 17.15pm
Salary will start on 22k per year
