Job Description

Our client based in Mallusk is recruiting for a Junior Administrator/Shipping Agent

The role will be full time hours and temporary with a view of becoming permanent

The role of Office Junior will involve, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities
Perform general office tasks (such as photocopying, faxing, binding and filing).
Complete data entry.
Screen calls and take detailed, accurate messages as necessary.
Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing post and couriers.
Assist with email correspondence as required.
Support with shipments as necessary (such as booking jobs, posting flights, co-ordinating transport)


The knowledge, skills and experience required from our Office Junior are
Have a good knowledge of the English language, both verbal and written
Ability to prioritise and organise own workload to tight deadlines
Sound IT knowledge - Word, Excel, Outlook
Strong communications skills: the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Be a team player, with the ability to work as a member of the Export team as well as alongside members of staff within other teams, as required
Be of smart & professional appearance
Knowledge of shipping ( desirable)

What do we need from you?
Eligibility to work in the UK
Proficient in Excel

In return, you will be paid between £8.91 to £9.00 per hour
