Jnr Caretaker Required in South West London !

Our client is within the housing sector. there are over 220 properties here with car parks and games areas.

We require someone who is proactive, organised and willing to work. This is a Temp to Perm role. For the right candidate this could potentially be permanent

The main duties will be to monitor/clear litter and leaves on the estates, path ways, paved areas car park, lifts and games area.

Cleaning, disinfecting and changing paladin bins regularly.

Sweep areas to public area entrances, stairwells, hand rails windows and window ledges (on a rota basis)

to assist the Snr Caretaker with any health and safety hazards fittings or maintenance required on the estate.

The pay rate is between £8.00 - £11.00 per hour (based on experience)
