Job Description

We're really busy and need somebody to join our team! We're a Domestic Property Services company and we want to join us as our new Junior Estimator.
Based in South Wimbledon we cover a range of services for Domestic Properties including Electrical, Heating, Gardens, Kitchens and Bathrooms, Painting and Decorating along with full Refurbishing Projects.
Your new role as Junior Estimator will be to help Price up and Project Manage new jobs that come in. You will be representing our company out on the road visiting customer properties and investigating what the new jobs involve. We'll provide you a vehicle so you can go out to talk with customers and understand in detail what they need and require. You will then have all the info needed to price a project up. These can range from anything from replacing a showerhead to full refurb projects (don't worry we won't put you on those ones straight away until you are comfortable in the role)
Once back in the office your job is to investigate the costs, put together a proposal and manage the project until completion.
We've got a great team here consisting of permanent staff and trusted regular subbies so we're covered there!
In terms of you…… We want a candidate with confidence, a candidate who can take on a job and see it through. There is a fair bit of driving around a large part of the London area so somebody who is confident on the road is a must.
We'll provide training and help you along the way but ideally we would like somebody with prior exposure to the world of Domestic Maintenance or has previously been On The Tools themselves.


For this opportunity we do require a Full, Clean Driving licence.
