Job Description

We are looking for an Junior Executive Officer to work for our client within the Department of Health and Social Care. This will be a long term temporary assignment.

Location: Leeds City Centre (working remotely)

Hours: Monday- Friday 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £10.02 per hour increasing £11.82 after 12 weeks

Overview of role:
The post holder will provide administrative to support the wider team. They will help assess and process Honour nominations sent from various departments. These nominations are for individual who have gone above an beyond in their role in relation to COVID-19.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the teams mailbox
- receiving and processing Honours nominations
- Data management
- Assessing nominations
- conducting due diligence

Skills required for the role:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel
- Good communication
- database management
- Previous administration experience
