The firm established in 2014 and are one of the fastest growing high street law firms in the South West with offices in Bridgwater, Bristol, Frome, Keynsham and Shepton Mallet. Following the growth of the business the firm are now looking to recruit a Junior Fee Earner to join their New Build team and support the Fee Earners and Head of Department to grow their New Build business.
Job Role:
- Maintaining the Case Management Work-flow and Key-stages
- To complete tasks competently and within defined timescales to stay in line with Service Level Agreements
- Maintaining and checking Due Diligence and Risk Assessments in line with the firm's policies
- Providing legal guidance and support to clients including: Land acquisition, promotion and development agreements, contracts and due diligence
- To manage basic commercial property requirements, e.g., Landlord and Tenant, leasehold assignments, sales, and purchases
Requirements:
- Completed, or currently undertaking, Licensed Conveyancing Level 6 or equivalent
- At least 2 year's experience working within the New Build Conveyancing system; plot sales and purchasing
- To be confident in financing and re-financing
- Good understanding of work-flows and precedent systems to improve and design work-flows
The role will based in the firms Bristol (New Build) office. Salary at £24,000. Annual holiday entitlement of 25 days plus Bank Holidays. Career structure scheme available to all fee earners. Automatic enrolment into the Work Place Pension Scheme after six weeks of employment.
