Title: Junior Fitter
Position Type: Guaranteed 5 days per week (9hrs, Monday-Friday 7am-4pm)
Option to work Saturdays (up to 9hrs, paid as overtime)
Salary: £23,000-30,000
Working in a 2 or 3 man team.

EXPERIENCE IN MASTIC, SILICONE, BONDING AND FILLER, EXTERNAL RENDERING

The Role & Responsibilities:
To confidently and efficiently complete all finishing around windows and/or doors with minimal guidance from your team leader.
Duties:
o o Filling, sanding and painting around the window and/or doors
o o External pointing/rendering, pebble dash and concrete sills
o o Practising cleanliness in client houses, for example, protecting areas with dustsheets and correx
o o Heavy lifting

Skills:
REQUIRED
o o Strong self-motivation - showing a high level of interest in each job
o o Observe and absorb from higher level fitters
o o Punctuality - arrive on time to the office each morning
o o Face-to -face customer service skills - be polite and helpful when speaking with customers
o o Show respect to client's furniture and belongings

DESIRABLE
o o Knowledge and experience of construction, especially in the timber window/door industry
o o Full UK driving license
