Job Description

Are you looking for a career in HR or Admin? Are you looking for a career that could open many working opportunities? Would you love to join a company which entices career progression?

You will be working for a well-established and successful company in Bourne, Lincolnshire.

You will be working under the HR Manager, learning her ways, to become one of the best in the Industry. The duties for this position, while you are still learning but not limited to, are as follows:

" Filing
" Typing
" Assisting the HR Manager
" Assisting other departments, if needed
" Producing starter packs
" Producing contracts
" Answering the phone

You will be given on the job training with potential opportunities in the future to get a CIPD qualification. In this position you will also gain experience as a Personal Assistant, which will open different avenues for you within the organisation.

You will be expected to be enthusiastic, be able to listen, take on instructions and be willing to learn.

This is a full-time position. The hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 17:30 with a 45-minute lunch. This exciting opportunity is paying minimum wage with regular salary reviews, depending on performances plus 30 days holiday, that rises to 34 days holiday after 2 years of employment.
