Our client in central London is looking for a Lab Administrator/ Lab Technician to work in their busy and friendly lab in Bromley by bow. This role will suit a new bio-chem,chem or physics graduate looking for experience within this field

Job Role:
.Opening post
.Shopping for samples
.Logging in samples
.General admin as required

.Be able to open 50-100packages per day.
.Be able to work to KPIs
.Be able to work independently, using initiative and technical expertise in a proactive manner to solve problems
.Be able to contribute to team discussions and work collaboratively
.Be able to operate the lab in an efficient manner, and maintain a safe and tidy working environment
.Be able to file data daily and maintain organised lab records
.Be able to provide administrative support as required
.Hold a relevant undergraduate degree
.Have the knowledge of laboratory equipment and its uses and of materials and their safe handling and storage
. Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills.

THIS JOB IS NOT FOR THE FAINT OF HEART. YOU WILL AT TIMES BE REQUIRED TO DEAL WITH FAULTY FOOD PRODUCTS THAT COULD CONTAIN ANIMALS OR ANIMAL PARTS.

£10.50 per hour
