We're looking for a new Junior Lettings Negotiator to join our team. We have a lovely group here an one of valued team members is looking forward to retirement so we're looking forward to helping a new team member grow in tour business!
Based in Norbury we're an established Independent Estate Agent who pride ourselves on giving a great service for everybody involved from Tenants, Landlords and those looking to invest in a property whether to find their dream home or looking investment purposes.
Your new role will see you picking up new Lettings opportunities as well as looking after Property Maintenance for the properties you look after.
The day to day tasks include running your Lettings Desk and Marketing of your Properties using our online systems and contacting your registered applicants looking for a new home.
When it comes to property maintenance you have important tasks such as booking in Gas Safety Tests as well as general maintenance problems that may occur coordinating with both tenants, landlords and 3rd party contractors.
What we're looking for in you is somebody with a good business sense and a mature way of thinking.
Somebody who is motivated and has the energy to both learn and succeed.
No previous experience in this role is needed but we are looking for somebody who maybe has strong office, sales or contracts background.
Due to the nature of the role we do require a driver with your own vehicle.
Hours of work for this position are….
Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri - 9.30am - 5.45pm
Weds - 9.30am - 6.30pm
Sat - 11am - 2pm (3 Saturdays required per month)
As well as your basic Salary we do have a strong commission structure on a per let basis.
