Job Description

A Temporary, full time Junior Officer Admin role has become available to work within a Government body based in Norwich. Immediate start. This will be a Hybrid role although initially you will be trained and work full time at home. You will be requested to attend site on numerous occasions.

This is a full time role working 37 hours Monday to Friday with a flexibility on start hours that are suitable for you.

The rate of pay will be £10.80 per hour. This position is initially for 6 months with a view to possible extension.

The ideal candidate must have experience working in administration and IT.

This is an exciting and challenging role with significant opportunities. You will work within a team working on learning and development and may be required to deal with several priorities at any one-time, monitoring and managing your performance and productivity to meet agreed operational targets and working closely with colleagues across the department. This role requires a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail and the ability to deliver at pace.

The role

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Competent in working in an administrative capacity
  • Excellent IT skills Demonstrable experience in using Outlook, Excel and Word in an office environment
  • Excellent communication of written and speaking English to enable telephone and email communication.
  • Work with colleagues to clarify current processes and priorities.
