The client is a fast-growing global manufacturing organisation, and they strive to be innovative and driven. They supply blue-chip companies, and they are looking for flexible Junior Production Planners to join them at their site in Halifax.

Duties
"Keep and maintain detailed and active schedules
"Take part in daily meetings with the production team
"Weekly meetings with Procurement Planner to proactively spot and mitigate supply issues
"Monthly review and analysis of data related to production
"Responsibility for schedule adherence
"Manage schedule to attain sales order deliveries
"Meetings to discuss plans and any issues
"Visible shop floor presence
"Maximising efficiency and output through data, and continuous improvement

Personal Spec
"Knowledge of advanced Excel techniques (V Lookups, Pivot tables etc)
"Need good knowledge & understanding of day to day planning and production activities
"As well as knowledge of manufacturing principles
