Role: Junior Retail Recruitment Business Partner
Type: Permanent
Salary: £22,000 + £2000 Bonus
Location: Barton-upon-Humber

About the role:
Looking for a Junior Retail Recruitment Business Partner to join our clients busy Retail Recruitment team in their Head Office based in Barton-Upon-Humber.
They currently have 100+ showrooms across the UK and plan to open many more over the next few years. This very busy role will involve supporting the General Managers with sourcing and headhunting quality candidates to fill existing showroom vacancies and also finding full teams for new showroom openings. Their roles include Kitchen Sales Consultants, Weekend Sales Advisors and Survey and Planning Auditors. You'll conduct telephone interviews and arrange face-to-face interviews for hiring managers. You'll be heavily involved with management of the overall recruitment process, from interview to offer stage.

Main Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and headhunting candidates through various sources (eg online channels, referrals)
- Working closely with hiring managers to fill open and upcoming vacancies
- Supporting with recruitment for new showroom openings
- Management of advertising new vacancies via job boards and Wren Careers website
- Screening of potential candidates on our ATS
- Conducting telephone interviews with candidates
- Arranging face to face interviews for hiring managers
- Management of candidate progress via our ATS
- Management of a talent pool
- Development of Wren Kitchens internal recruitment strategy

About you:
- You will have a drive for results and be motivated by finding the best candidate for every role
- You will have excellent written and verbal skills as you'll be communicating with candidates and managers daily
- You will have recruitment-sector experience
- Excellent computer skills
- You must have the ability to multi-task along with effective diary management
