Due to a bit of expansion in our team and recently taking on a strong Senior member of staff we're looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Consultant to fit in with our team.

This is a Talent Acquisition role, completely candidate focused and not a drop of client focused business development in sight. We want you to become an expert on the candidate market and developments when it comes to our core business areas and looking at Medical Affairs.
It's down to you to develop insight on the candidate market and build a strong network over time.
You will work closely with our team of Account Managers (they do all the Business Dev so you don't have to). When a role comes in its over to you for fulfilment, for both permanent and interim positions with our top Pharma organisations. There will be a number of tools at your disposal to help build these relationships including the use of Social Media, Web Portals and attending Conferences and Industry Events.
Standard hours are Monday - Friday 8.45am - 5.15.pm. feel free to hang around to make those extra placements but we're certainly not the agency that puts pressure on its staff to put in the extra hours.
Yes it's a junior role but we do expect a certain calibre of candidate to join us. Its junior in respect of you will be trained up on our way of working and you will learn the industry we move in.

A background in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
Working pharmaceutical industry knowledge combined with a Life Sciences Degree.
