Jury Admin Officer
Brook Street is currently working on behalf of our client to recruit a Jury Admin Officer. This is a temporary role based in Aylesbury and will run temporarily initially.
Salary/Hours: $7.98, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (with an hour for lunch)
Job Description/Key Responsibilities
This position is an excellent and valuable opportunity to acquire some hands on experience working within the government sector. In this role you will be using specific computer programmes to maintain an organised system, manage and contact all jury members, prepare new jurors, and communicate the correct information to all those concerned. You must be confident dealing with the public and have a good customer service attitude.
In this role you will need to be;
" Prompt and professional
" Able to communicate effectively with the public as well as government employees/officials
" Basic computer and Microsoft skills
" You will need to provide 3 years of complete references
" You will need to pass an enhanced DBS check and BPSS
" You will receive training so no previous experience is necessary but administrative and/or customer service experience is appreciated
