Role: Key Account Manager
Hours: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Account Manager to join a small team in Tonbridge. This is a full time position which requires you to travel abroad at least 6 times a year to visit your clients and build customer relationships in person. You will also attend trade shows with the team to build your client base.
In this role, you will be selling a product trough your service and will be focusing on maintaining relationships, negotiating with Clients and updating them with new products that would benefit them.
You will be working in a small supportive and welcoming team that are passionate and enthusiastic about their products and the company. You will need to acquire this same passion and drive to be successful in this role and sold a product before, not a service.
You need to have excellent Customer Service Experience, Sales experience and research skills as these are a huge part of the role. You need to be able to know as much as you can about your clients in order to successfully identify their needs and the best products for them.
