Key Account / Business Growth Manager

Salary £25,000

Working for a manufacturing business located in Hull that's expanding fast and led by a passionate owner.

Due to the increased growth, my client has decided to bring in a perfect candidate that will take over the business development, and key account handling.

Established nearly 30 years ago, this business produces high quality products manufactured onsite in Hull by their dedicated and skilled workforce.

Their clients consist of major blue-chip companies, A vast network of plumbing merchants throughout the UK along with the general public.

The business is made up of a small but effective team, that work hard to achieve the highest quality.

Responsibility's

Main duty is Account management - To build on the already strong relationships, developing a sales led strategy to grow existing client business, year on year.

Other duties will include

  • Sales - Generating new business through all channels, identifying new business opportunities by Researching, analysing market trends.
  • Marketing - Managing the off-site marketing team, overlooking all campaigns, following up on leads
  • Reporting to the director and management team, clearly demonstrating sales strategies and results.

What experience they need from you

  • The ability to build lasting business relationships and a proven record in growing repeat business.
  • A good understanding of Marketing platforms, including print, social media, web.
  • A history of generating new business.
  • Experience in similar role - business/branch management, account manager roles, business development.
  • A driven attitude that will relish the opportunity to put your own stamp on this role.
