Kitchen & Bathroom Design and Sales Consultant

Nuneaton

£19,000 - £25,000 with OTE of £70,000

(Working hr are 9.30am to 5.30pm Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri & Sat.)

I am proud to be working with an independently owned, boutique Bathroom, Kitchen showroom situated in the heart of Nuneaton town. With over 24 years in the business they manage every aspect of projects from consultation, design to complete management and installation.

They are now seeking an experienced and confident Kitchen & Bathroom Design & Sales Consultant to join their expanding team.

This position is that of a basic salary as listed above but there is a well structured commission platform which previous designers have had OTE of £60,000 per annum.


Your role will include the following:

Welcoming customers into the showroom and attending to their needs.
Taking new leads.
Conducting on site surveys and home measures to suit customers availability.
Designing Bathrooms and Kitchens on our CAD system (Virtual Worlds).
Liaising with customers throughout the design process to make any changes necessary.
Creating Quotations for products and labour on our quoting system (Easy Quote).
Presenting your designs and quotations to potential customers.
Creating job packs for installation engineers on accepted projects.
Liaising with installation engineers to attend pre-site surveys and also on occasions to aid with the quoting process.
Occasional on site visits to co-ordinate with installers regarding layout, designs and any queries.


To be considered for this role you will need to have the following:

Own vehicle and driving license.
Previous knowledge of working with CAD programmes.
Good general knowledge of the installation process.
Excellent customer service skills.
Confident and well presented.
