FOOD PREPARATION AND COOKING
All meals are to be prepared with strict regard for Health and Safety.
Special dietary requirements will be observed and respected.
Cooking will be done with regard for Health and Safety.
Cooked food will be stored within food hygiene guidelines.
Food ordering - regarding menu and budget.
Checking supplies regarding quality and quantity.
Storage - stock must be rotated and use by dates noted. Correct temperatures must be observed and recorded. Health and Safety issues must be considered.
Weekly menu should be followed to ensure varied and balanced food options for all residents
