Office Coordinator/Administrator - Learning and Development (L&D) Department
Location: Maresfield, East Sussex (free parking)
Temporary role till 31st Dec 2022, with the chance of extension
Full time, mon-fri, 37 hours per week
Pay rate: £12.50 - £13.30 per hour

We are looking for a pro-active and organised L&D Coordinator/Administrator to work for a Public Sector body based in Maresfield.


This is a fantastic opportunity if you wish to further your career in Learning and Development and/or Human Resources. No prior experience within HR/L&D is needed, to be successful in this role you will need to have excellent organisation and communication skills, ideally you will have some solid office coordination/admin experience.


This is a temporary role to start ASAP and will run until the end of 2022, with the chance of extension for the right candidate.


Typical duties include:
" Liaising with managers to ascertain training needs and requirements
" Collating training requests following the appraisal process
" Sourcing new training suppliers and negotiating rates inline with budgets
" Reviewing training course content and assisting with the decision-making process
" Gathering training course feedback
" Preparing training requests ready for the monthly panel review
" Issuing training invites
