Job Title: Lead Generation

Location: Blackburn, Lancashire

Working hours: Full time(40 hours) or Part time( 25 hours), Monday to Friday 8am-5pm, very flexible working hours

Salary: Basic annual salary of £16,500.00 (Pro rata if Part Time), realistic OTE earnings upwards of £25,000.00

My client is an established market leader in the provision of locum healthcare professionals to the Primary Care sector. Based in Blackburn, we have established an excellent reputation for providing a professional, efficient and reliable service to their customers.

Key Responsibilities:

-Working within the Operations team and responsible for generating new business leads for the company. This will primarily involve calling our database of registered and non-registered clients in order to gauge demand for our service and identify potential new business opportunities

-Updating the database with key contact information and logging call outcomes will be expected of the successful candidate.

-Providing feedback and relaying accurate information to the Operations Team will also be expected of the successful candidate.

Essential skills:

-A minimum of 6 months experience in a Call Centre or Outbound Lead Generator position

-Target driven

-Enthusiastic

-Rapport building with clients

-Articulate telephone manner

-Professional demeanour

-Ability to diarise and prioritise

-Ability to work within a team

-Ability to collate and relay information

Desired skills:

- knowledge of the Primary Care sector

-Competent with Microsoft Office packages

-Good geographical awareness of the UK
