Main duties and areas of responsibility:
- Managing a CRM database
- Calling prospects and building rapport whilst introducing services
- Sending follow-up emails to maintain contact
- Generating appointments
- Identify new business opportunities
Previous experience of lead generation/telemarketing is not as essential as having clear and professional communication skills and the drive to succeed.
