Job Description

We are currently working with an outstanding Leasing company based between High Wycombe and Hemel Hempstead. Due to ongoing company success, they are recruiting for two Lead Generators/Business Development Executives to join their friendly, supportive and buzzing office on a permanent, full time basis working Monday to Friday 8.45am-5.30pm.

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for developing strong working relationships with existing and prospect IT resellers, generating leads and booking appointments.

The role offers fantastic career progression for someone who demonstrates excellent work ethics and the ability to regularly hit targets.

Key tasks include:
- Outbound B2B calling
- Lead generation
- Appointment setting
- Management of the database
- Working to monthly KPIs and targets

Candidate requirements:
- Money hungry with a drive to succeed
- Several years exposure to a B2B sales role
- Excellent lead generation ability
- Proven objection handling skills
- Outstanding communication, IT and numeracy skills
- Access to own transport (essential as there are no public transport links)
- Ideally, from the IT or SaaS sector (not essential but advantageous)

A basic salary of £30,000 is on offer with on target earnings of £60,000 as a minimum, doubling your income! There are a number of additional benefits and you`ll be joining a great team of like minded people. Other benefits include; 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) and a pension scheme.
