ABOUT THE JOB

Working as the Lead IT Digital Solutions Architect you will work with and report directly into the Software Manager, being responsible for leading a team ensuring that all digital IT projects are delivered on time and full fill company requirements.

The position is a critical role within the company where you will keep a team motivated, engaged and lead by example. It is a busy and varied position so you will be able to work under pressure, meeting company deadlines whilst managing different projects.

ABOUT YOU

You will have Hold an Engineering Degree: BSc (Hons) or relevant professional experience
Experience working as a IT architecture - ideally within digital IT
Be able to lead a software team that covers multi-disciplined process both in house and off shore
Experience managing several IT (digital) projects that are consumer facing interacting with IT and supporting fields where necessary
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure or similar other public cloud devises
Be familiar with cyber security, data protection, GDPR and HIPAA regulations using a cloud system
Have an excellent IT engineering background
Knowledge of front-end UI frameworks and SQL, NoSQL databases
Be Familiar with Agile/SCRUM delivery methodologies

DESIRABLE

Knowledge working in a regulated Environment
Experience in requirement management principles and tools
