Due to a new opening we're looking for a strong Lead Recruitment Advisor for overseeing our team at our amazing new Sutton office.
We're a group of schools for children who may have certain disabilities or educational needs and we pride ourselves in creating an environment for everybody to thrive, not just pupils but our staff as well. We love seeing people grow and if there's any extra training and development suitable to your role we'll do what we can to accommodate that.
Reporting to the Group Recruitment Manager based in Nottingham you will be predominantly working from our Sutton office looking after a team of 3 Recruitment Co-ordinators. We look after a few schools across the South East so you will be required to visit some of our sites as well as a monthly trip to our head office.
You and your team or recruitment co-ordinators will be looking after a wide range of roles ranging from office based functions as well as teaching staff and the care teams within our schools.
The ideal candidate will have team leader experience in a recruitment environment ideally from an agency background or internal within a similar environment.

We do need somebody who can be flexible with travel due to meetings and visiting onsite line managers.
Due to our locations we would like you to drive as the public transport links don't really service where our sites are!

What we real require is…..

Strong Recruitment experience.
Team leader or management experience.
Driver with own vehicle.
Good standard of Education.

Probation will only be completed after a successful ENHANCED DBS CHECK due to the nature of our school environment.
