Salary and benefits
For your hard work and commitment, you will be paid a salary of £19,805, and a very desirable employee package that includes birthday leave, new house move leave, employee assistance programme, cycle purchase scheme, gym flex discount, Costco discount card, eye-care vouchers, up to 50% off monthly public transport, taste card which enables you to have discount on restaurants, cinemas, theatre and hotels, 34 days annual leave with the choice to buy or swap extra days.

Location and hours
37.5 hours, covering a varied shift pattern - Monday to Sunday - Full-time. Birmingham office and out in the community.

The company and the service
We are in partnership and collaborating with a fantastic client who are a registered care and support charity, who specialise in delivering homes, services, and innovation for the most disadvantaged communities in the Midlands and providing support to vulnerable adults. They provide the very best service, and they would love your help to continue that process.

The Adult Lead Worker Service is for anyone over 25 Single adults or childless couples who find themselves living in precarious housing situation or are at risk of eviction but not statutorily homeless as defined by the Homeless Reduction Act.

Overview of the role
The client is looking for a full-time Lead Worker to provide person centred support to customers, reporting any safeguarding concerns in line with policy and procedure. To support customers with life skills and empower them to make a positive contribution to society and become self-sufficient; this includes recording case studies that reflect achievements of outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
" Providing a flexible, responsive service which operates in a timely and person-centred manner
" Signposting customers to relevant sources of information, support, guidance, and advice
" Effectively working in partnership with external agencies for the benefit of customers
" Completing and following clear risk assessments, and adhering to the organisations Health and Safety Policy
" Completing and maintaining accurate records in line with the requirements (including detailed support plans, risk assessments and regular checks).

Required Skills, Experience, & Knowledge
" Passion and desire to help people who are struggling with their tenancy and are at risk of homelessness
" A DBS on the update service
" Professional or personal experience working with young people or adults with learning disabilities or mental health
" Transferable skills which could enable you to support vulnerable adults who are at risk of homelessness
