Salary: £20,000 - £22,000
Do you have Insurance experience or experience creating/ delivering training materials? Are you passionate about training and development of others?
You will be working closely with the Learning & Development Manager and other business leaders to design and deliver a wide variety of training packages for all employee's.
Some of your duties will include:
- Develop, and deliver training in both technical and operational areas
- Ensure continuous improvement and development of training modules
- Offering coaching, mentoring and other support to help learners achieve knowledge and skills
- Embrace technology alongside traditional methods of training/development
You will have a minimum of 1 full year service within the insurance industry OR experience of creating/delivering training material and an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Programmes.
You will have excellent spoken and written communication skills, have excellent attention to detail and accuracy, able to problem solve, to work autonomously and have high energy levels with a positive attitude.
