Our client a top UK law firm is looking for a Learning & Development Manager to work in their new custom built state of the art office in the centre of Cardiff.

You will be joining a team that provides internal training for all the company staff under the HJ Academy training including IT. You will be tasked with the design, delivery and evaluation of the majority of training courses.

This role would involve management of the Learning & Development team, internal training budget, conducting regular training needs analysis and creating a range of training courses using blended learning styles to meet the identified needs.

The successful candidate should be confident to deliver training and learning interventions and applications are welcomed from those with a training background who have the ability to understand the needs of a firm and translate those needs into an effective learning and development programme.

A proactive enthusiastic approach is needed along with the skill to build strong working relationships with employees, senior management, specialist trainers and support teams.
