Job Description

Learning and Development Trainer
Location: South of England
Salary: £25,000
Hours: 35, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Essentials:
A recognised training qualification (e.g. PTLLS, Cert in Education CIPD or equivalent)
MAYBO accredited (desirable)
Experience of designing and delivering L&D interventions to different audiences
A creative approach to deliver mandatory L&D solutions and management development
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with a wide audience
Health and Social Care qualification (desirable)
Knowledge of the health and social care sector is desirable but not essential
Driving licence

There is regular travel to Milton Keynes, Reading, Harwich, Colchester, Lindfield, West Sussex, Horsham, Eastbourne, Haywards Heath. With flexibility to go elsewhere if needed. There is also occasional travel to Wales.

This is a field-based job with a lot of travel. There will be some working from home days to catch up with admin, however, the needs of the organisation always come first. There is usually a 3-month schedule so trainers know where they will be and can plan around it.
