Fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation in Stratford Upon Avon as a L&D Design & Delivery Facilitator! You must have previous experience especially within E-learning design.

Monday to Friday
2 year fixed term contract
Hybrid working (4 days at home 1 day in the office, occasionally you may need to go into the office more depending on business needs)
Up to £35,000 DOE
Annual bonus up to 10%

This is a brand-new programme to the business which will transform approach to sales, policy administration and underwriting activities, delivering excellent customer experience across end to end processes.
The main purpose of the role is to provide a best in class learning design and delivery service to meet the desired business outcomes and measures. You must be within a commutable distance to our Stratford Upon Avon office in order to be able to immerse yourself in the fast-paced programme activity. Some key accountabilities will include:
o Design engaging, high-quality and easy to access blended learning solutions in line with department strategy and in collaboration with business subject matter experts utilising learning technologies and social learning strategies to meet the business objectives, and goals.
o Work with subject matter experts to understand the learning content / requirements and use instructional design principles to script, storyboard and oversee deployment of effective blended learning solutions to enable colleagues and external suppliers to develop learning solutions that are fit for purpose.

Person Specification;
- Must have 3+ years L&D experience
- E-learning experience is essential
- Good communication
- FS background is desirable
- CIPD level 3 is desirable
- Strong IT skills
