The role of the Support Worker within this service is to support 18 people with complex learning disabilities, both verbal and challenging behaviour is present. Some of the residents will have forensic backgrounds and may be on the sex offenders register. Your duties will be offering support on a 2-1 or 3-1 basis, offering emotional support and encouraging them in daily tasks.

This role is due to start in March and will be an ongoing temporary opportunity, for the right person this may go permanent. The shift patterns are long days from 8am-10pm and you must be flexible to sleep over at the service.

We are looking for people who have experience in this sector a minimum of 1 year, someone who is willing to go the extra mile, pro active and passionate.
