We have a brand new exciting opportunity for someone who wants a new challenge supporting individuals with learning disabilities!

You will be supporting individuals with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour. Your main duty will be offering companionship and engaging with the service users, you will be supporting with activities, domestic duties and there will be personal care involved. You must be able to understand the individuals needs and support the individuals in a calm manner.

Ideally you will have previous experience with challenging behaviour and experience with learning disabilities. You will be reliable, consistent and have a calming nature and be confident.

Ideally you will have a minimum of 1 years work experience or 6 months with a relevant social care qualification. Preferably you will have worked with medication previously and have experience working with autism.
