The role as the support worker will be supporting with a wide range of individuals, anything from non verbal, to physical disabilities, dementia, epilepsy and autism. The day to day duties will include personal care, daily living skills, domestic chores and assisting with activities out in the community.

The ideal candidate will be flexible to work with a wide range of service users, flexible to work days and nights and must be happy to do personal care. You must be reliable and trustworthy and passionate to help individuals.

You will have a minimum of 1 years paid work experience within the social care sector or 6 months paid work and a relevant social care qualification. Relevant training would be ideal, if you have an NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 or medication training then we would love to hear from you! If you have a DBS on the update service that would be ideal.
