Support workers are required for ongoing/temporary jobs providing support inside classrooms for children who need extra help in schools.
We are looking for experienced teaching assistants or learning support assistants who are looking for an exciting opportunity in Cardiff. We have an on-going agreement with leading special educational need schools in South Wales who is looking for enthusiastic individuals to help them where possible.

Your role will be to help care and support children who need extra help in class with completing assignments and other tasks in schools. You may be asked to help with some aspects of personal care also. The age range of the schools that we work with can be from primary school, all the way up to sixth form pupils.
Shifts are available Monday to Friday - very sociable hours, these range from 8am to 4pm depending on the hours of the school you are working at.

Successful candidates will have a minimum of one year's practical experience within the care sector.

Being a driver with access to your own vehicle is desirable but not essential. They will also have excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
