Job Description

This Law firm are looking for a Legal Assistant (lower level) to be based in a small and friendly team within their Altrincham office.

The main purpose of the role is to assist the Managing Partner and Fee Earners by carrying out duties such as:
Direct communication with third parties and clients on the telephone in a professional and effective manner
Creating and setting up files on the firm`s case management system and updating and inputting information.
Undertaking general office and administration duties, such as franking mail, photocopying and filing
Any other duties which would assist the Fee Earners and/or Managing Partner

PLEASE NOTE - FULL TRAINING WOULD BE PROVIDED

You must have a keen eye for detail, excellent I.T, communication, and organisational skills. So if you are a self-motivator and have a strong work ethic who ideally wants to gain experience in a legal office environment then Please apply!

Hours of work: Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch
The salary for an unskilled school leaver with no office or work experience would be around £12k- company will provide and pay for qualifications in some cases.
For 18+ the salary will be NMW
