We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join a down to earth, friendly legal company who specialise in personal injury claims.

You would be joining a team of 11 hard working and passionate individuals who care about what they do and the service they deliver to their clients. The office also has 2 guide dogs on site to assist partially sighted employees. One is a golden retriever and one is a german shepherd so they are big, friendly and bouncy animals. You need to be happy to work in an environment where the dogs have free reign.

The role will be to join a new position in the New Enquiries Team. This will involve contacting new clients, taking the details of their claim and explaining the firms terms of business. once the new clients are on board you will progress their claim from completing the paperwork and then inputting their details on to the MOJ Portal. At any one time you will be managing a case load of 30.

You will be joining a very busy team but during quieter times you will be expected to do other tasks such as assisting fee earners with review of medical notes and so forth.

The right candidate must have excellent customer service skills, be happy to speak to new clients, have great attention to detail, great multi tasking skills and a very pro-active attitude.

This company is unable to offer training contracts at this stage so if this is what you are seeking then this is not the role for you.
