Brook Street are working with a leading law firm who are based in Newport who are on the look out for a Legal Cashier to join their finance team

The Legal Cashier will be primarily responsible for ensuring the firm's compliance with the SRA whilst helping protect the firm and its clients from money laundering and fraud.

The ideal candidate -

Will possess administrative skills, including drafting letters and completing forms, as well as a finance background with a willingness to work towards an accounting qualification. Good communication skills and strong excel skills are essential in this role as well as the ability to prioritise, work under pressure and meet deadlines to satisfy the needs of the Accounting Team.
