Are you a Legal Cashier looking for a new role? Do you have experience of supporting a Finance Manager in the provision of financial reporting to the Company by providing competent and efficient assistance in Cashier/bookkeeping duties?
If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at our legal client's Liverpool city centre office, you will be expected to have recent, practical experience of accounts administration and to have working knowledge of credit control and accounting principles.

Day to day duties in this role include:
" Daily banking, reconciliations and allocation of client funds
" Managing and reconciling the HM Courts & Tribunals Service account
" Raising bills on matters
" Inputting postings to the accounts system daily
" Paying suppliers and performing supplier statement reconciliations
" Supporting the operation of the department's credit control system
" Managing own work allocation, productivity and quality of work with minimum supervision
" Assisting fee earners with queries
" Complying with SRA rules
In order to apply for this role, you MUST have the following skills and experience:
" Practical experience of handling client enquiries both face to face and by telephone
" Strong working knowledge of credit control, accounting principles and recent practice experience of accounts administration
" Good client/Introducer/supplier handling skills both by telephone and face to face
It would also be desirable for the right candidate to have experience of working in a legal environment, working knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rule and practical experience of Proclaim.
