Predominantly based out of the client's head office within the Liverpool area, you will be dealing in complex civil litigation; primarily in the fields of financial mis-selling, consumer credit, construction and landlord and tenant.

Day to day duties in this role include:
Developing litigation strategies both alone and as part of a team as well as being comfortable providing support to junior and new members of the team.
Providing technical support and guidance to Solicitors, Fee Earners and Legal Assistants.
Preparing written advices in relation to matters such as liability, quantum and evidence alongside preparing documents to include pleadings, applications and witness statements.
Ensuring compliance with the SRA Code of Conduct 2011 and/or the Bar Standards Board Handbook
In order to apply for this role, you MUST have the following skills and experience:
At least 2 years' experience within a fee earner or solicitor position.
In depth knowledge of the basic principles of law and Civil Procedure Rules.
Experience using a Case Management System
Previous experience of assisting training members of staff
