My client is currently looking to recruit a full time Receptionist, based in their office in Liverpool city center.
- Answer calls in a professional Manner
- Direct calls to the correct person/ Department
- Take and Relay messages
- Use outlook to send information of calls etc to solicitors
- Filing and general Admin Duties also
- Previous Reception Experience
- Must be efficient
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ideal candidate will have experience within a legal firm, however strong receptionist experience in other areas will be considered for the right candidate
The client is a successful law firm, who are well established.
The salary is £15k - 17k depending on experience the hours are Mon -Friday 8.30am - 5pm
