Job Description

Legal Risk & Compliance Manager sought to join a growing Legal 500 firm on a full time permanent basis. This brand new position will see you joining a hard working vibrant team, reporting directly to the firm's COLP.

You will have 5+ years experience in a legal risk/compliance role within a law setting with up-to-date knowledge of risk and compliance requirements in the legal profession.

Managing the firm's programme, duties will include; performance of day to day tasks delegated to you by the COLP, assisting with staff conduct questions and reporting, complaints and claims management, performance of file verification's, record keeping and monitoring. You'll be expected to run new starter compliance sessions and create a bespoke compliance training plan for new staff.
