Job Description

Are you a skilled Legal Secretary with solid practical experience in private client & conveyancing work?

If so, we are working with an outstanding client who require a Legal Secretary within a well-established Private Client department based in Inverness.
This is a great chance to join a firm at a very exciting point in their development. The firm is well known and highly respected in the local area. They offer great training, a competitive salary and have gone out their way to create an enjoyable working environment.

Ideally you will have a minimum of two years' experience of managing all executry matters from instruction to completion so will be meeting with clients (virtually in current climate), applying to courts to appoint executors, application for confirmation, contacting various institutions to gather funds, preparation of account of charges and mandates for beneficiaries. It is critical that you are an excellent communicator to deal with the wide range of clients and possess strong organisational skills to handle and manage the files.
