Legal Secretary
Salary: Up to £23,000 DOE

Are you looking for a change? I am recruiting for a local family run solicitors in Inverness city centre that have been established in the area for 150 years. A well known and trusted legal company who pride themselves on their customer service.

They require an experienced Legal secretary to assist them in their daily operations. The appointed Legal Secretary will have a track record of previous experience in Residential or Commercial Conveyancing and experience in land registry work is essential.

In this role as a Legal Secretary, your key duties will include -

o Provide one to one support to solicitors
o Liaising with internal and external clients by email, telephone and face to face
o Working to strict and tight deadlines
o Diary Management
o Case Management
o Assisting with general administrative duties

Ideal Candidate

Applications are welcome from candidates with experience in a similar role, Strong communication skills are vital for liaising with clients, you must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work under minimal supervision.
